Consent

You use the Consent page to grant consent for one or more potential employers to view your complete PRD Airman Record (PAR) for a specified period of time. Additionally, you use this page to revoke the consent that you granted to one or more potential employers to view your complete PRD Airman Record.

This page can be accessed at any time during the use of the PRD Airman Records portal by clicking Consent in the top-level menu. The Consent page displays.

Consent Notes

At the moment consent is granted, the data viewed in the web pages are collected into a single static .pdf file known as the PRD Airman Record or PAR. The PAR stores the data as of that moment in time–it is a “frozen snapshot.” Any new data received after consent is granted will not be displayed in the PAR accessible to the potential employer to whom consent has already been granted, that is, the PAR is not dynamic and is not automatically updated.

Consent, once granted by you, is valid for a specific period of time during which the potential employer who has been granted access may view your PRD Airman Record (PAR) often as necessary. Consent is revoked by: (1) you revoking the consent granted to a specific potential employer (2) by the expiration of consent when the current date passes the end of the consent period or (3) by the employer hiring you. Revoking the consent removes the potential employer’s ability to search for your PAR, however, if the potential employer has already searched for and saved your PAR, this saved file is still available to them.

Only one unexpired consent is permitted for each potential employer; if the PAR needs to include new information that became available after consent was granted, you will have to revoke the existing consent and grant a new consent. In this circumstance, you may need to contact the potential employer and advise them a new consent has been granted so that they can view the most recent data. The PAR is available to the potential employer at the same moment the PAR is viewable by you, the pilot. Consent cannot be granted to your current employer.

The employer Air Carrier list is filtered to only show 121, 125, 121/135, 135, 135 SPIC, 135 SPO and 91K Fractional Owners.

Consent cannot be granted if any of the related services are unavailable. A message displays advising you to try again later.
